After stints with the Miami Heat cheerleaders — a squad she joined before finishing high school — and Pussycat Dolls, Jessica Sutta is finally sashaying into the solo spotlight. This month marks the release of Sutta’s debut single, ‘Show Me,’ a sleek, sexy club track sure to get bodies moving and build anticipation for her forthcoming full-length. In any interview with AOL Music, the surprisingly humble stunner discussed her Pussycat past, fondness for charity work and desire to inspire the next generation of singing, dancing pop stars.

Your brand new single ‘Show Me’ has a very straightforward message — do you live your life like that? Do you prefer honesty over game-playing?

I prefer honesty. Who has time to play games? Life’s too short.

Tell us about the charity efforts you support?

I worked with a charity called New Possibilities. It’s a nonprofit organization to raise money to support and develop educational programs for underprivileged children in India. When I was in India, I had the opportunity to meet the children. They performed for us, gave us gifts that were handcrafted. Such a beautiful and life-altering experience. I always want to be a part of any charity involving children. I love children.

You support Marriage Equality. Why is it so important for you to stand up for gay rights?

Because it should be equality for all. In my opinion, being connects to being. Who are we to judge whom someone loves and wants to spend their life with?

Breaking out from the litter is pinup perfection Jessica Sutta, who’s on track to become one of the next vocalists pumping through nightclub speakers. Ahead of her Nov. 21 appearance at Revolution (doors at 10 p.m., $20, locals free), we caught up with the former member of The Pussycat Dolls now clawing her way up the charts while staying grounded with charity work.

When can we expect your full album?
My full album will be coming out in the spring. I am planning on possibly releasing my second single in January. Right now I’m in the studio, going to Europe next month and then back here working diligently on my album.

You said “my alter ego” is the theme for the album. So what’s your alter ego like?
She’s daring, she’s adventurous, she likes to be bad, kind of play a lot more. Me, Jessica, I’m a little bit more shy when

You’ve also been doing some important charity and awareness work. Can you explain its focus a bit more?
Unfortunately, I just attended my friend’s daughter’s funeral. Her name is Sarah Fearing; she was 17. I started the Sarah Fearing Foundation. … There’s a really big problem because a lot of teenagers are smoking heroin right now, and it’s killing our teens. … With peer pressure and all that, there’s no place for these kids to go or feel like it’s normal not to do [drugs]. So we’re going to do whatever we can with this foundation.
