After stints with the Miami Heat cheerleaders — a squad she joined before finishing high school — and Pussycat Dolls, Jessica Sutta is finally sashaying into the solo spotlight. This month marks the release of Sutta’s debut single, ‘Show Me,’ a sleek, sexy club track sure to get bodies moving and build anticipation for her forthcoming full-length. In any interview with AOL Music, the surprisingly humble stunner discussed her Pussycat past, fondness for charity work and desire to inspire the next generation of singing, dancing pop stars.
Your brand new single ‘Show Me’ has a very straightforward message — do you live your life like that? Do you prefer honesty over game-playing?
I prefer honesty. Who has time to play games? Life’s too short.
Tell us about the charity efforts you support?

When I was in India, I had the opportunity to meet the children. They performed for us, gave us gifts that were handcrafted. Such a beautiful and life-altering experience. I always want to be a part of any charity involving children. I love children.
You support Marriage Equality. Why is it so important for you to stand up for gay rights?
Because it should be equality for all. In my opinion, being connects to being. Who are we to judge whom someone loves and wants to spend their life with?
